The flavour is somewhere between mild cabbage and spinach. If very young it can be eaten raw in salads, but is best when briefly cooked. Price per item (2oz approx).

We currently offer a next-day delivery service for all orders placed before 2pm between Monday and Friday. Other delivery options are available upon request. We are only shipping domestically at this time.
